Windsor police have released a photo taken from security video of a suspect sought in an apartment break and enter.
Officers were called to the 100 block of Langlois Ave. around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22 for a break-in.
The building manager reported to police that a suspect broke into the building and damaged coin-operated washing machines.
Investigators say security cameras recorded a suspect entering the building at approximately 2:40 a.m.
