How do I change or add App users, Contacts, or authorized users for my Proactive Video Monitoring site?

Please call or email the Security ONE Service department with the person’s name, phone number, email address, and monitoring password along with the change that you wish to make.

Please specify if the change is for App user, contact, or authorized user for the site.

Note that each Sirix site only allows up to 5 App users.
