I will come back and rate 5 stars if I see a betterment over time but hopefully we are heading into the right direction!Original review: We really want to use a local provider but the inconsistency with which the center is managing alerts is really not reassuring. We have had the visit of a couple of regional managers who voiced their concern when they witnessed first hand the ease at which you can bypass the "security" checks when talking to dispatchers. We are told it will be fixed, it doesn't get better. And when you voice concerns to the dispatch center, you are met with a blasé attitude. Not impressed!read more

Security One in Chatham has been extremely helpful in finding us the systems that will work for us (security alarm pad, door access key fabs and... cameras) they sent an 2 technicians (one that was knowledgeable of our site, which was very important) to upgrade all of our sytems.
