Your firm recently installed a medic alert system for my 90 year old mother (Susan Roth) who is now living on her own. Lauren Snyder-Gault sold us the unit and did the installation and training session with my mother. I was present during the session and wanted to let you know how great it was to deal with Lauren - we were very pleased with the whole process. Lauren gave us wonderful, prompt service. She has a terrific way of dealing with the elder (and not so elderly) - she was patient and kind with my mom and answered her questions calmly, thoroughly and with clarity.
