At Security ONE, we know that 24-hour monitoring, 365 days a year, is an essential part of a Security System. When an alarm status reaches our Monitoring Station, our trained operators immediately notify the appropriate parties of the emergency.

Without monitoring, you are dependent upon a neighbour or passerby to inform police or fire officials if an emergency situation occurs. Despite the image that burglaries are committed in the evening, in truth, the majority of burglaries occur during the daytime when homeowners are away at work. Who will be around when your alarm sounds? Like car alarms, burglary or fire alarms can be easily ignored. Critical time can be lost, resulting in devestating damage to your home and the loss of precious possessions.

Our ULC listed Monitoring Station operates out of Leamington, Ontario.  We are pleased to provide services to most Southwestern Ontario centres.  We pride ourselves on keeping our professional team of Monitoring Station Operators up to date on the most current policies and procedures of the various Police and Fire Departments in our service areas. This knowledge enables our Operators to provide quick notification of the proper authorities in emergencies.

If you are reviewing other alarm companies, be sure to find out where you will be monitored from, and if they are in or out of the province, or even by a third party. This situation can result in poor customer service due to their limited knowledge of your particular system, and often no verification of alarm signals to prevent false alarms.

Security ONE has been operating its own ULC Listed Monitoring Station since 1978, giving us more than 20 years of monitoring experience. We were proud of the fact that we were one of the first in the area to develop and install a fully computerized Monitoring Station and since have never looked back.  A generator system offers an alternative source of power in the event of a power failure.  Our Monitoring System is operational 24 hours per day / 365 days a year.
